What data we collect
Through the contact and demo request forms on this website we collect: your name, contact e-mail, optionally your company name and telephone number, and the content of your message.
For technical reasons our web server also records standard operational logs (IP address, time and the page visited), which are used solely to ensure the security and operation of the website.
Purpose and legal basis of processing
We process the data submitted through the forms in order to respond to your inquiry, arrange a product demonstration or prepare an offer — that is, to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract pursuant to Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. Server logs are processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in securing the website pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
We do not use your data to send marketing communications unless you give us separate consent to do so.
Retention period
We keep the data submitted through the forms for the time necessary to handle your request, and no longer than 2 years from our last communication. Server logs are kept for no longer than 12 months.
Recipients and transfers
Personal data is processed internally in our own systems. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties, except where required by law. We do not transfer your data outside the European Economic Area.
Cookies
This website does not use cookies or any other tracking technologies. You are not being tracked.
